George E. Schaefer, Clerk of the Norfolk Circuit Court is pleased to announce the availability of Land Records and other miscellaneous filings via a Secure Access Internet portal. This service is a convenience and is therefore available ONLY by subscription. In order to access the system, you will be required to complete an application providing a valid email address and physical address in Virginia. This service is available by annual or monthly subscription only and is governed by the subscriber agreement. The pricing schedule is listed below.
